Inspection

We start by conducting a thorough inspection of your home or building. Testing

Once the inspection is complete, we devise a plan for taking samples from your home specific to what was learned during the inspection. Some testing options we use are air spore traps, ERMI, HERSTMI-2, and surface sample swabs.

Analyzing

We send your samples to a leading commercial accredited laboratory for third-party analysis. We receive accurate, complete, and legally defensible data within days of sampling.

Reporting

Once we receive your test results, we will construct a comprehensive report, including your test results and our interpretation, photographs of our inspection observations, thoughts regarding your next steps forward, and remediation protocol suggestions if deemed necessary.

Mold Testing

ERMI and Mycotoxin Testing

ERMI is a test designed by the EPA to detect the presence of 36 species of indoor molds, differentiating between toxic and common. It is highly sensitive and an excellent option for assessing the overall moldiness of your home. Mycotoxin testing detects the presence of toxic chemicals that are released from mold spores into the air and dust.

Environmental and Indoor Air Quality Testing

We've got you covered, whether it's mold, fungi, mycotoxins, endotoxins, indoor allergens, actinomycetes, or streptomycetes. We perform air spore trap sampling, ERMI, HERSTMI-2, swab sampling, specimen collection, chemical testing, volatile organic compound (VOC) testing, bacterial testing, and more.
